JETWAYS AIRLINES LIMITED  TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Check-In Time is 1 hour prior to flight departure time. Check-In counter closes 45 minutes to departure time.
  2. Baggage Allowance is 20 KGS PER PERSON including hand luggage.
  3. Any Excess luggage will be charged at the rate of Ksh 200/- per kg.
  4. Tickets once issued are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON- TRANSFERABLE
  5. The amendment fee for change of travel date is USD $20. Amendments must be made 12 hours before initial travel date
  6. NO-SHOWS are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  7. A fee of USD $30 will be charged for Ticket Name Change.
  8. A Re-routing fee will be charged at USD $35 per passenger exclusive of the fare difference on the route change.
  9. Child fare is 75% of the adult fare plus TAX. The child fare will apply to children between the age of 2yrs to 12years only.1
  10. Children (2-11 Years) fare is 75% of the adult fare. Birth Certificates/ Notification cards/ School ID/ Passports will be required as identification for all children/infants.
  11. No liability is accepted for cash, jewellery or other valuables. All claims for such events must be made in writing within 7 days of their occurrence.
  12. Carrier undertakes to use its best efforts to carry the passenger and baggage with reasonable dispatch. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Carrier assumes no responsibility to making connections.
  13. Passengers shall comply with government travel requirements and must present entry or exit documents as required by the regulator. Arrive at the airport at a time as required by the carrier to be able to complete the required check in procedures.
